The California Wing Encampment is back for 2023! Encampment is a foundational experience for all cadets new cadets will typically attend during their first year of membership. Encampment will challenge everyone (but not always in the same way), however, by the end of the experience the almost universal feeling is that of great accomplishment at having faced the challenge and met the goal. Many cadets make new CAP friends from all across the Wing; friends that they will see at future events and activities during their cadet career.
